Job Summary: Assists Restaurant Manager (RM) in the achievement of the store business goals (i.e. achievement of FSC and profitability targets ) thru effective management of day-to-day operations; in sales building activities thru the development of packaged programs promotional activities; and is responsible for the training and development of other Assistant Restaurant Managers (ARMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists the RM in achieving sales targets by recommending promotional activities for Packaged Programs to support the sales strategy designed by the RM.
  • Helps the RM in creating an FSC culture in the store by leading the team in defining and implementing FSC initiatives and activities and by helping identify opportunities to balance FSC & P&L demands.
  • Regular review and assessment of operations. Conducts Store FSC Audit. Works with Managers to identify problems and formulate actions plans to address concerns
  • Ensures achievement of variable cost targets in the areas of FCPC, operating expenses, utilities, R&M & LSM.
  • Assists the RM in achieving Safety & Security Audit Result targets.
  • Ensures effective operational implementation of New Product Standards, Procedures and Processes
  • People Management & Development

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business related course.
  • At least 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant/food service or retail operations
  • Willing to be assigned in Legazpi/Tabaco
