Role Description

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and organizing files. Additional duties include providing customer support, data entry, and assisting with social media management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a high level of accuracy, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills: Proficient in managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files
  • Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research
  • Customer support: Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Data entry: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
  • Social media management: Understanding of social media platforms and ability to assist with managing accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Legaspi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
