The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to build strong client partnerships, drive operational excellence, and lead digital transformation initiatives. You'll serve as the strategic link between clients, operations, and technology — ensuring PacBiz consistently delivers innovation, reliability, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships for enterprise-level accounts
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present insights with data
  • Drive account growth (10–15% annually) through consultative engagement
  • Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across delivery teams
  • Champion automation, AI, and analytics to improve service delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Client Success Specialists

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in client management or operations leadership in BPO / SaaS / CX
  • Proven success in retention, growth, and service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and automation (UiPath, Zapier)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred)
