Job Description Summary

The BPO Talent Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading all strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, engage, and attract top talent for various roles, often in high-volume environments (like customer service, technical support, and back-office operations). This role requires a blend of
strategic workforce planning
,
recruitment marketing
, and
hands-on sourcing expertise
to ensure the organization meets its staffing requirements efficiently and with a focus on quality, culture fit, and low turnover. They leverage technology, data analytics, and diverse sourcing channels to build sustainable talent pools and enhance the company's employer brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, direct sourcing) to build a continuous pipeline of candidates for current and anticipated high-volume roles.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists, ensuring they are trained on best practices, market trends, and sourcing tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS, Candidate Relationship Management/CRM).
  • Workforce Planning & Forecasting:
    Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, Hiring Managers, and Operations leaders to understand current and future staffing demands, client-specific requirements, and critical skills gaps.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
    Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance the company's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice across various platforms, specifically targeting the BPO talent demographic.
  • Data & Analytics:
    Utilize recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to track sourcing effectiveness, identify areas for process improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing channels.
  • Compliance & Experience:
    Ensure all sourcing activities comply with local labor laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to handover for the full recruitment cycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven, progressive experience (e.g., 3+ years) in high-volume talent sourcing or talent acquisition, with significant experience in the
    Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
    industry being highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job aggregators).

    Ability to translate long-term business goals into scalable and efficient sourcing strategies.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and manage internal stakeholders.

    Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data, measure ROI on sourcing initiatives, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly changing operational environment typical of the BPO sector.
