JOB SUMMARY

The Project Control Staff are responsible for supporting the project control and management activities within the organization. They assist the Project Control Team Lead and project managers in monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting project performance, costs, schedules, and progress. They collaborate with various departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient project control, cost tracking, and reporting while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Project Control Team Lead and project managers in monitoring, tracking, and analyzing project performance, costs, schedules, and progress using project control tools, software, and systems.


• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating project budgets, forecasts, estimates, and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives, goals, and financial targets.


• Collaborate and coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other departments to gather, verify, and reconcile project data, invoices, and financial information, and address any issues, concerns, or discrepancies.


• Participate in meetings, discussions, and reviews with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to communicate updates, progress, challenges, and recommendations related to project control, cost tracking, and performance.


• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving project control issues, variances, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions, adjustments, or improvements to optimize project performance and outcomes.


• Support the implementation and maintenance of project control processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and client billing guidelines.


• Provide administrative support in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, records, files, and reports, and ensure timely and accurate data entry, filing, and retrieval of project information.


• Assist in coordinating and scheduling project activities, tasks, and resources, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.


• Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities in project control, cost tracking, and management.

Qualifications:


• At least Engineering Graduate / Accounting Graduate or Equivalent is an advantage.


• Preferably with basic knowledge of Project control and Billing/Accounting principles.


• Has basic knowledge of OSP Project


• Accurate and timely support in project monitoring, tracking, analysis, and reporting.


• Compliance with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and client billing guidelines.


• Effective collaboration and communication with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders.


• Timely and accurate preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, records, and reports .


• Can start ASAP.
