Qualifications

  • With a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management/Accounting, and other business-related courses
  • Familiar with financial and tax regulations in the Philippines
  • Preferably with finance and accounting experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work effectively with a team and proficient in multi-tasking

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare contracts, offer letters and contract amendments for consultants and firms;
  2. Prepare the financial component of the request for contract variations;
  3. Maintain and update the project monitoring system as follows:

    • Consultant's input monitoring (person-months [p-m] allocation, p-m used, p-m available balance)

    • Project expenses monitoring

    • Project receivables monitoring

    • Project payments monitoring
  4. Assist in managing the implementation of all Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) contracts via ADB CMS;
  5. Initiate preparation of Cash Advance (CA) forms;
  6. Coordinate flight bookings with travel agent/s and other concerned parties;
  7. Request quotations from travel agencies, hotels, etc.;
  8. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs);
  9. Initiate preparation of Request for Payment (RCP) for project expenses;
  10. Initiate processing of claims of PRIMEX associate firms, where applicable;
  11. Notify consultants, resource persons, associates, and suppliers regarding the deposit of their professional fee payments/MTE and per diems/cash advance;
  12. Monitor payments to subcontractors and review liquidations of subcontractors, where applicable;
  13. Prepare liquidation forms for consultants' cash advances and all attachments;
  14. Initiate preparation of project OPE billings, monthly progress billings, and follow-up of collections;
  15. Assist in project audits;
  16. Assist in workshops and seminars, when necessary; and
  17. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
