Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, distribution, and storage of critical project documentation, as well as supporting our clients and internal teams with document management needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of international projects in the oil & gas industry, where attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage databases of client, supplier/vendor, project design, and post-construction documents.
  • Prepare, transmit, and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Review and control documents for numbering, revisions, formatting, and compliance before release.
  • Ensure timely confirmation of receipt and maintain complete, accurate document control logs.
  • Identify, record, and report anomalies in received documentation.
  • Support updates to Quality Control and Document Management systems.
  • Assist with document formatting and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal teams and international clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Project Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or project administration.
  • Experience using document management systems (e.g., EDMS, SharePoint, Aconex).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), internet tools, and document scanning.
  • Experience in oil & gas, mining, utilities, construction, or resources industries.
  • Familiarity with company filing systems and document control protocols.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards for document control is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM)
