Job Title: Data Analyst

Department: Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The Data

Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide

actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong

technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into clear and

meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities


• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various sources.


• Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.


• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like

Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.


• Support business units with ad hoc analysis and data-driven insights.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product, operations)

to understand data needs.


• Communicate findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non

technical stakeholders.


• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.


• Continuously improve data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical

frameworks.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,

Economics, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.


• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.


• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and

reporting tools.


• Proficiency with Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and/or programming

languages (Python, R).


• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Effective communication skills to present insights clearly.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)


• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).


• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).


• Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.


• Experience in fintech, healthcare and or e-commerce.
