- Arrange existing and new computer systems and perform troubleshooting resolution on software and hardware for both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
- Perform troubleshooting resolution for hosted clients of both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
- Ensure that all critical equipment is in good running condition and is working properly.
- Repair/Recover hardware system from failure.
- Resolve all concerns and issues for both Verto Network's and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
- Installation and configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Logging the queries of customers and employees.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company's computer equipment.
- Responding to call-outs from both Verto Communications' and Verto Networks' clients in a timely fashion
- Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
- Executes and monitors IMS compliance to ISO27001:2022 standard
- Spearheads the investigation and resolution of issues related to information risks, breaches, and cybersecurity threats.
- Leads in maintaining IMS Integrity.
- Support clients regarding VOIP and hosted dialer concerns/issues for both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' customers.
- Monitor the ticketing system frequently to check any pending issues and concerns from both Verto Communications' and Verto Networks' clients.
- Maintain weekly backup of dialer/server recordings.
- Perform duties delegated by the project managers for business development.
- Perform duties related to all Verto Business Units.
