  1. Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies.
  2. Carry out administrative functions
  3. Risk assessment and risk management
  4. Give direction and guidance
  5. Coach mentor team members
  6. Review assignments for accuracy and quality
  7. Coordinate application of software releases
  8. Develop and execute company policies
  9. Attend meetings, trainings or seminars
  10. Work with other departments
  11. Manage user group and computer objects in active directory.
  12. Arrange existing and new computer systems and perform troubleshooting resolution on software and hardware for both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
  13. Perform troubleshooting resolution for hosted clients of both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
  14. Ensure that all critical equipment is in good running condition and is working properly.
  15. Repair/Recover hardware system from failure.
  16. Resolve all concerns and issues for both Verto Network's and Verto Communications' clients/customers.
  17. Installation and configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  18. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  19. Logging the queries of customers and employees.
  20. Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
  21. Testing and evaluating new technology.
  22. Performing electrical safety checks on the company's computer equipment.
  23. Responding to call-outs from both Verto Communications' and Verto Networks' clients in a timely fashion
  24. Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
  25. Executes and monitors IMS compliance to ISO27001:2022 standard
  26. Spearheads the investigation and resolution of issues related to information risks, breaches, and cybersecurity threats.
  27. Leads in maintaining IMS Integrity.
  28. Support clients regarding VOIP and hosted dialer concerns/issues for both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' customers.
  29. Monitor the ticketing system frequently to check any pending issues and concerns from both Verto Communications' and Verto Networks' clients.
  30. Maintain weekly backup of dialer/server recordings.
  31. Perform duties delegated by the project managers for business development.
  32. Perform duties related to all Verto Business Units.
