As a Technical Support employee, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining an organization's computer systems and networks for both Verto Networks' and Verto Communications' clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with other departments.
- Manage user group and computer objectives in active directory.
- Arrange existing and new computer system and perform troubleshooting resolution on software and hardware
- Perform trouble shooting resolution for hosted clients
- Ensure that all critical equipment are in good running condition and are working properly.
- Repair/recover hardware system from the failure.
- Resolve all concerns and issues for clients/customers.
- Installation and configuration of a company's computer and hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Logging the queries of customers and employees.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company's computer equipment.
- Responding to call-outs from both Verto Communications' and Verto Networks' clients in a timely fashion.
- Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
- Support clients regarding VOIP and hosted dialer concerns/issues and concerns from
- Assists the investigation and immediate resolution of issues related to information risks, breaches and cyberthreats.
- Supports the department initiatives in maintaining IMS integrity.
- Maintain weekly back up of dialer/server recordings.
- Participate in events, projects, or any activities set by the company.
- Perform duties as assigned.
