The role posted will be under FFDI.

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores to ensure sales targets are achieved, customer satisfaction is maximized, and store performance aligns with company objectives. This role involves supervising sales staff, managing inventory, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and recommend action plans to improve results.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase average transaction value.

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure merchandising and product displays follow company guidelines and promotional standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply or procurement teams for replenishment.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and supervise retail sales staff.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team productivity.
  • Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analysis.
  • Monitor and manage store expenses within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience (preferably in food service, consumer goods, or similar industry).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for retail and sales excellence.
  • Can Start Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
