Job Objective

The Sales and Marketing Agent is responsible for creating partners (clients) and building strong customer relationships. The role involves conducting sales and marketing activities, prospecting, client visitations, and other related tasks to drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect B2B customers (restaurants, stores, meat shops, etc.) within the assigned area.
  • Present and promote company products to prospective clients through visits, calls, and online interactions.
  • Take orders and monitor timely delivery of products.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Address customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Perform collection activities and ensure 100% remittance.
  • Communicate important customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations promptly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Trustworthy with high integrity; no bad records or integrity issues.

Kind, reliable, approachable, hardworking, and proactive.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales agent or in sales of frozen products is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Team player with high dedication.

Able to work independently and achieve targets.

Willing to work during holidays and night shifts as required.

Owns a smartphone and has basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
