As a Creative Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our B2B SaaS products and creative agency projects. Responsibilities include leading and managing projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals, and crafting impactful marketing strategies, with an emphasis on sales copywriting, sales funnel expertise, and leveraging AI tools for efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead B2B SaaS projects and creative agency work, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.


• Develop and implement robust marketing strategies, emphasizing persuasive sales copywriting.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.


• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.


• Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline processes, generate insights, and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:


• English speaker with an excellent command of US English, particularly in sales copywriting.


• Deep understanding of sales funnels and their role in marketing and product development.


• Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role with a marketing focus.


• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.


• Creative and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.


• Currently managing a team in a marketing agency is preferred.


• Proficiency with AI tools and technologies to support marketing, project management, and content creation.

Experience:


• Min. of 3-5 years of experience in marketing/project management.
