
Brand Manager for Fragrances

The Brand Manager handles all the marketing functions of her assigned brands. Following the directions and guidelines of the Division Manager and foreign principals, the Brand Manager formulates the objectives, strategies, and action plans for her assigned brands. Responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share, gross profit, and contribution margin objectives of her assigned brands. Coordinates with the Sales Manager on all matters relating to the sales and implementation of sales promotions for her brands.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying target audiences and crafting impactful, results-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the retail and distribution landscape; well-versed in current marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities, with a data-driven mindset and comfort working with metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for fragrances and the fragrance industry.
