Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and empower the marketing team to achieve excellence

Establish a data-driven marketing culture with measurable results

Manage analytics dashboards and track campaign performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles

Strong background in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar)

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver measurable results

Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
