Job Description:
Planning and Project Management
Identifies and implements key marketing activities and leads the TOPRANK through new course offerings and services launches
Creates and maintains a calendar of marketing activities of TOPRANK
Manages the marketing and promotions budget in order to meet the student targets of TOPRANK inthe most cost-effective manner
Sets clear procedures - identifying objectives and needs for marketing opportunity
Negotiates with external suppliers, including agencies and research firms
Monitors the financial costs and ensures they are in adherence to the approved marketing budget
Develops, maintains and coordinates a marketing budget and plan that aligns marketing activity for each offering, including recommendations for the other TOPRANK branches marketing mix, keeping costs within the agreed limits
Marketing Communications and Branding
Communicates accurate and timely marketing plans and achievements to the Management
Develops all promotional materials (print and online) including websites for TOPRANK and other social media using internal resources and external agencies so that potential students and customers receive accurate and reliable information on review programs at TOPRANK
Develops and implements communications campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract inquiries from prospective students and customers
Complies and enforces company policies and procedures applicable to marketing and branding of TOPRANK
Approves application for posting/display of marketing collaterals on digital platforms and within the vicinity of the branches
Market Research
Develops a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market
information, competitor research, etc.) to facilitate strategic decision-making for marketing and
• management purposesDevelops and maintains a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management and direct mailing to recruit prospective students
Monitors market trends and competition activities and proposes counter actions
Advises other members of the management team of possible solutions to customer-related
problems and how to implement them properly
Public Relations
Represents TOPRANK at relevant conferences and events and visits agents and clients to promote TOPRANK review programs and recruit students
Represents TOPRANK in marketing matters at external conferences
Builds understanding of the important media (magazines/websites/blogs, etc.) offerings, enhancing existing and building up new relationships and coordinates all local press activities
Reporting
Prepares periodic marketing reports to facilitate strategic decision making by management
Submits budget reports on a timely and accurate basis that informs management
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related course
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of Marketing-related experience
