Summary of Role

As our Executive Assistant for the Patient Journey, you are the heart of our advanced, AI-driven healthcare system. Operating remotely from our office in BGC, you'll be a vital bridge to our US-based teams and patients. Your mission is to command our AI technology stack, ensuring it operates flawlessly while providing the empathetic, high-touch support that defines our patient experience. You'll become truly "bilingual"—an expert in both patient logistics and the innovative technology that makes it all possible.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

  • This is a role defined by tangible impact. You won't just be supporting a process; you'll be actively shaping and improving it.
  • Orchestrate our AI-Powered Patient Experience: Command our AI-driven system that nurtures potential patients from their first point of contact. You'll act as the crucial human touchpoint, converting AI-generated interest into confirmed consultations with our US concierge team.
  • Design Seamless Global Journeys: Master complex international scheduling, perfectly aligning patients with our US-based medical partners. You will manage end-to-end travel and accommodation logistics—from flights to hotels—removing all friction and anxiety for our patients.
  • Become a Tech Troubleshooter & Innovator: Act as the first line of defense for our technology stack. You'll identify and escalate issues to our technical teams, providing insights that directly contribute to making our systems smarter and more efficient.
