
Executive Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in preparing board materials, meeting minutes, and executive reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Monitor and track deadlines, projects, and deliverables.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., project management, scheduling software).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage sensitive information.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8:30am-5:30pm
Landmark: Uptowm Mall
Salary is negotiable (commensurate with experience)
