Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Engage with the online community in a professional and friendly manner
  • Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, and trends related to the company
  • Escalate customer complaints, feedback, or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
  • Assist in sharing and promoting content created by the marketing team.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency in all online interactions
  • Track and report common inquiries or customer sentiments to improve customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to support product/service improvements.
  • Sourcing of clients' pre-orders.
  • Encoding of pre-orders and invoices.
  • Monitoring and uploading of website stocks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Ability to initiate work without direct supervision
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management
  • Outstanding patience when dealing with different clients
  • Ability to work in Alabang and San Pedro branch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
