Duties and responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries while making them comfortable
  • Operates cash register and processes payments by totaling purchases, cash, online transfers, or other credit and debit cards
  • Scanning merchandise and ensuring pricing is accurate
  • Issue change, receipts, or tickets
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
  • Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
  • Introduces promotions and new products to customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on products

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Basic Math skills
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Loss Prevention Techniques
  • Proficient computer skills, knowledgeable in the use of Excel and Sheets
  • Great honesty when handling the register's money

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php19,740.00 per month
