Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with BPO experience to join our team. The role will focus on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is confident in making collection calls while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable ledger and monitor outstanding balances.
  • Perform collections calls to follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on receivables and collection status.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of BPO or customer service experience.
  • Experience in collections or AR functions preferred.
  • XERO & Quickbooks knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
