GENERAL PURPOSE
The Inside Sales Representative - B2B Lead Generation position is responsible for identifying, targeting, and qualifying B2B sales leads using sales intelligence and engagement platforms and other prospecting tools for the US market. This role manages the full lead generation cycle from initial contact to advanced qualification, with the goal of delivering high-quality opportunities to field sales personnel.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Utilize sales intelligence and engagement platforms to research and identify potential B2B clients based on defined target criteria.
Develop and maintain ideal customer profiles and buyer personas to ensure targeting efficiency.
Build and segment prospect lists according to industry, company size, decision-maker roles, and other relevant parameters.
Contact a minimum of 60 qualified prospects daily.
Customize outreach messages to address specific pain points of different industry segments.
Sales Development
Execute multi-touch, multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
Follow a structured engagement pipeline to track prospect interactions.
Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to maximize response and meeting booking rates.
Qualify leads using BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Schedule qualified sales appointments for field sales personnel.
Pipeline Management
Document all prospect interactions in prospecting and CRM tools.
Monitor and report on pipeline metrics including contact rates, response rates, and lead conversion.
Identify bottlenecks in the prospecting process and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with field sales personnel to refine lead qualification criteria.
Market Intelligence
Research West Coast US market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Gather and document prospect feedback to inform product mix and sales strategies.
Administrative & Reporting
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports against established KPIs.
Participate in regular sales team meetings to share insights and best practices.
Document successful outreach strategies and messaging for team knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing management or any Business course.
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Successfully handled a U.S.-based account, working night shifts aligned with West Coast business hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT, Tuesday to Saturday).
- Over 2 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation, prospecting, and sales development targeting U.S. businesses across various industries.
