The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, sharp, and resourceful Inside Sales Representative – B2B Lead Generation to support our U.S. market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in prospecting, enjoys smart outreach strategies, and knows how to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities.
You will handle the full lead generation cycle—from research to engagement to qualification—handing off only high-quality leads to our field sales team.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential B2B clients using sales intelligence and engagement platforms
- Build and maintain ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
- Segment prospect lists by industry, size, role, and other criteria
- Contact at least 60 qualified prospects daily
- Personalize outreach messaging based on industry pain points
Sales Development
- Execute multi-touch, multi-channel outreach campaigns
- Follow a structured engagement pipeline for consistency
- Maintain follow-up cadences to boost response & booking rates
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Set qualified meetings for field sales representatives
Pipeline Management
- Log all activity in CRM and prospecting tools
- Track and report pipeline metrics (contact rate, response rate, conversions)
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Coordinate with field sales to fine-tune qualification criteria
Market Intelligence
- Research West Coast U.S. market insights, competitors, and industry trends
- Capture prospect feedback to improve product and sales strategies
Administrative & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Join team meetings to share updates and best practices
- Document top-performing outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or sales development
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and prospecting platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. hours (West Coast preferred)
- A proactive, curious, and metrics-driven mindset
