Importation and Iogistics Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Importation and Logistics Assistant to support the importation process, coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents, and ensure smooth logistics operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process import documentation and permits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Track and update shipment status, handling delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and logistics reports.
- Assist in cost monitoring and payment processing for import and freight charges.
- Support warehouse coordination for incoming shipments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in importation or logistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Saturday.
- Amenable to work in Bonifacio, Global City, Taguig City.
