Your Role

Acts as the frontline person in the branch, receiving walk-in customer, in-charge of account opening, term deposit transactions, cross-selling of the bank's products and services and to assist branch in achieving its business generation objectives

How you will contribute

  • Ensure that the following are done during account opening:

  • Conduct due diligent KYC


  • Require submission of complete documentary requirements and validate against the original


  • Create a complete and accurate CIF record and sign as checker/processor.


  • Performs initial screening, interview of depositor, request for appropriate documents from Walk-in clients
  • Attends to customer's queries re: account opening, product features, minimum balances requirements, pricing service charges, balances inquiries and alike.
  • Explains/ highlights important terms and conditions applicable to the type of account opened;
  • Ensure all account opening documents are scanned and loaded to EDMS and SVS for approval;

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of 4yrs Business Related Course
  • Relevant Field Experience: With at least 1 year banking experience
  • Banking Experience: Teller and New Accounts
