Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the calendar and schedules of the Public Relations and Media Affairs (PRMA) team and executives.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare agendas, and meeting materials, and take notes during meetings.
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for PRMA-related events or conferences.
- Process expense reports and manage budgets for PRMA-related events or conferences.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist with organizing company events, conferences, employee activities, and other PRMA-related events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including invitations, RSVPs, venue arrangements, catering, and AV equipment.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, from the preparation stage through post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
