Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operation schedule to ensure efficient aftersales operation in support of sales, logistics, and accounting
- Assist in the sales process from answering client inquiries regarding products, taking purchase orders to coordination of delivery to countering/collecting payments
- Assist in the importation of products, processing of import permits, and other relevant permits and licenses
- Verifies the inventory count in the warehouse, office, and retail branches to ensure accuracy of the inventory
- Assist in preparing online orders, and managing e-commerce platforms
- Assist in preparing products for delivery such as labels, tags, and documents
- Prepare quotation, price lists, store visit letters, and other requested documents for client submission
- Assist customers and clients in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication, and closure of issues regarding sales orders
- Organizes and facilitates meetings and other special events; coordinates and attends client meetings
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for business partners and clients
- Other duties as may be assigned by the manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant working experience as an operations assistant
- Excellent Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-driven individual and team player
- Meticulous, analytical, responsible, and independent worker
- Proficient in handling/processing/analyzing documents and has demonstrated a keen attention to details
- Willing to work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
