We are urgently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team

Qualifications:
  • M or F
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or placement agency
  • Proven experience in sourcing CVs, screening applicants, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of DMW (Department of Migrant Workers) processes and documentation
  • Basic familiarity with DMW processes and documentation is sufficient for this role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring demands
Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen qualified candidates based on client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Ensure compliance with DMW regulations and requirements
