Join our Xenon Health team, a leading US-based anesthesia management company dedicated to adapting to ongoing shifts in healthcare policy. We specialize in enhancing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide. Our goal is to optimize every aspect of anesthesia care delivery, seamlessly integrating each stage of the process. In this role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback.
Compensation starts at 7 USD/Hr. College degree required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen healthcare providers for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain all needed and valid credentials of healthcare providers working for us.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Remain accessible by phone and text for at least a few hours outside your working schedule to handle urgent issues.

Qualifications:

  • Prior recruiting experience is preferred; transferable skills are considered.
  • Highly organized with leadership abilities to enhance interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Capable of handling urgent matters and meeting deadlines.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (preferred).
