About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively recommend and sell to customers
  4. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies
  5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and promotional activities
  7. Maintain accurate records and data related to customer interactions and sales

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Sales industry but not required
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and objections
  4. Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a varied workload
  6. A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
