Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards and customer preferences.
  • Specialize in various regional Chinese cuisines
  • Monitor food presentation and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in one or more regional Chinese cuisines.
  • Ability to create menu items and introduce innovative Chinese dishes.
  • Experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants.
  • At least 2 years proven experience as a Chinese Cook or Chef
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • High standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
