Sales and Business Development Associate

The Sales and Business Development Associate handles sales and business development projects and activities for assigned accounts.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Helps in the development of new business opportunities for the school through assistance in client acquisition and market penetration.
- Cultivates good working relationship with current clients to ensure repeat business and sales.
- Takes an active role in the execution of business development plans for assigned programs and accounts to achieve individual revenue target for each SY.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Development
Minimum Experience: At least two (2) years marketing/sales experience
Business Understanding: Highly literate in Excel/PowerPoint and CRM tools; good presentation skills; excellent in written and verbal communications; strong in building client relationships.
Result-oriented, a good team player, is able to handle pressure and meet deadline, has attention to details and has the ability to work well with diverse personalities
