Company Description

Jal Yoga is a unique Yoga/Pilates/Barre concept studio that opened in January 2018. With three branches located at Alexandra, Upper Bukit Timah, and Katong, and a fourth branch opening at Upper Thomson in March 2019, Jal Yoga focuses on inspiring individuals to achieve what they think they cannot do with their body and mind. The studio operates from 7am to 9pm on weekdays and from 9am to 5pm on weekends.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Alabang and Greenhills, Metro Manila. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions to issues, maintaining communication with customers, and supporting sales processes.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
