We're seeking an experienced
S/4HANA Finance Consulting Executive Lead
to help organizations reimagine and modernize their finance operations through SAP S/4HANA. This role combines functional expertise, solution design, and pre-sales leadership, enabling you to work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver intelligent finance transformations from strategy through execution.

You'll work with global clients and cross-functional teams to define strategies, configure solutions, and enable seamless migrations from legacy SAP systems to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client business and IT leaders to define requirements, design end-to-end S/4HANA Finance solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Lead proposal creation, pre-sales presentations, and RFP responses, demonstrating solution value and return on investment.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, including system conversions (ECC to S/4HANA), greenfield implementations, and process optimization.
  • Assess existing finance processes and configurations, identify gaps, and design delta solutions using S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Execute system configurations, testing, and deployment across SAP Finance modules, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to define roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and delivery approaches.
  • Provide functional and business support across finance areas including General Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Supply Chain Management, and Treasury & Banking.
  • Stay ahead of emerging S/4HANA Finance innovations, analytics, and automation trends to continuously improve solution delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP Finance Functional Consultant (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
  • Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and SAP FI/CO.
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations for SAP finance projects.
  • Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Proven success in leading SAP finance transformation or conversion programs for global clients.
