The opportunity
We are seeking up to 5 highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic and growing team at Esena Energy. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the success of a leading energy provider.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated sales territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Understand the client's needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the energy industry and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the energy or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex energy data
- Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering
