The opportunity

We are seeking up to 5 highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic and growing team at Esena Energy. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the success of a leading energy provider.

Key responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated sales territory
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  3. Understand the client's needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy needs
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports
  8. Continuously expand your knowledge of the energy industry and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the energy or a related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex energy data
  4. Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
  5. A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering
