What You'll Do
Supervise daily housekeeping activities and manage team schedules.

Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness meets company standards.

Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.

Implement procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
