Position Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Processor will support U.S. mortgage transactions by handling document review, data entry, verifications, and coordination with the U.S. processing teams. This role is non-licensed and does not involve direct contact with borrowers or loan origination.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify mortgage loan documents for accuracy and completeness
Input and maintain accurate borrower information in Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Conduct income, employment, asset, and credit verifications based on client
requirements
Order and track third-party services (e.g. appraisals, title reports, insurance, payoffs)
Review appraisal, title, and closing documents for compliance checklists
Identify missing documents or discrepancies and escalate as needed
Coordinate with U.S.-based processing and underwriting teams
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive borrower data at all times
Qualifications:
3-5 years Prior experience in mortgage processing, financial services, or BPO back-office support
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Familiarity with U.S. mortgage processes, forms, or Loan Origination Systems
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Ability to learn U.S. compliance requirements
High level of integrity and confidentiality
