Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you'll manage end-to-end closing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the loan process. You'll coordinate with title, escrow, and internal teams to guarantee a seamless experience for borrowers and investors alike.

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or a related role in the mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations
• Proficient in Encompass (preferred) and other mortgage-related software
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
• A proactive learner who is motivated to contribute to the team's success
• Ability to manage multiple closing files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve closing challenges efficiently

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage and close a designated portion of the company's loan pipeline
• Collaborate with title and escrow companies to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
• Review and approve closing documents to confirm they meet funding and compliance requirements
• Deliver completed loan packages to investors and ensure all post-closing steps are fulfilled
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide a seamless closing experience
