Be part of our client's team as a Mortgage Loan Processor, where you'll gather, verify, and organize borrower documents, coordinate appraisals, credit checks, and third-party services, and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure accurate, complete files. You'll streamline the mortgage process and keep closings on track.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or related financial roles

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Order title, appraisal (FHA & VA & SSR), SSA, transcripts, DataVerify, HOI
• Obtain FHA case numbers
• Process VOEs and VORs
• Submit to broker or lender
• Perform JW tasks
• Prepare credit supplements, DU/LP/GUS
• Handle hard money/Fix & Flip loans
• Issue LOAs for Loan Officers
• Review and understand credit reports
• Collect and verify borrower documents (W-2s, pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, credit reports)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local lending guidelines (e.g., TRID)
• Order and coordinate third-party services (appraisals, title searches, property insurance)
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and real estate agents
• Organize complete loan packages for underwriting
• Track deadlines such as rate locks and closing dates
