Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 3 PM MNL

Position Summary:

The Mortgage Loan Processor will support U.S. mortgage transactions by handling document review, data entry, verifications, and coordination with the U.S. processing teams. This role is non-licensed and does not involve direct contact with borrowers or loan origination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify mortgage loan documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Input and maintain accurate borrower information in Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

  • Conduct income, employment, asset, and credit verifications based on client

  • requirements

  • Order and track third-party services (e.g. appraisals, title reports, insurance, payoffs)

  • Review appraisal, title, and closing documents for compliance checklists

  • Identify missing documents or discrepancies and escalate as needed

  • Coordinate with U.S.-based processing and underwriting teams

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive borrower data at all times

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Prior experience in mortgage processing, financial services, or BPO back-office support

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Familiarity with U.S. mortgage processes, forms, or Loan Origination Systems

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

  • Ability to learn U.S. compliance requirements

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
