Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Mathematics, Commerce/Business, Accounting, IT, Finance, Engineering or any other STEM course from a top university.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and systematic problem-solver
  • Fast learner who thrives in a quickly evolving environment
  • Positive, feedback-driven, resilient and highly self-motivated individual
  • Strong reading comprehension and English communication (written & verbal)
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati (PBCom Tower) for first the 6 months to complete paid training

Your Role

Work alongside Australia's top brokers to analyse, research and assemble winning home & investment loan applications crafted to achieve seamless bank approval. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assess and package home and investment loan applications for submission to banks
  • Analyse financial documents and provide a recommendation to the broker team on which bank and product is most suitable for our customers.
  • Coordinate valuations and pricing through the support team
  • Engage directly with bank credit & management teams on complex scenarios and policy exceptions
  • Assist brokers with loan approvals, serviceability checks, and information requests
