JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1.Implement JFC FA, policies, directions and business decisions.

2.Draft layout, draw plans, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ( sketch u ) for the sites approved and provide perspective. Monitor construction of stores.

3.Actively contribute in the JFC Business Planning and achievement of plans and sales target with focus on assigned Region.

4.Conducts initial evaluation and reviews designs done by in-house architect, and other related construction requirements for approval and project implementation for both external and internal customers.

5.Conduct site inspections for preliminary activities and supervision during various stages of the construction if necessary to ensure compliance with the designs, specifications, standards, applicable codes, ordinances and regulations.

6.Recommends any improvements and changes during the actual construction of the proposed project(s) beneficial to the JFC and franchisees as a whole particularly in structural, architectural, materials and other construction related documents construction methodologies.

7.Documents all construction project(s) activities and progress and reports any noncompliance with specifications and maintains records history of facts for possible actions.

8.Conducts meeting with internal and external customers, contractors, suppliers and other agencies/persons concerned with the above projects.

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
