JOB SUMMARY

The Project Site Checker plays a vital role in ensuring accurate time management and

record-keeping for construction set-ups. This position is responsible for verifying on-site

personnel, tracking work hours to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Validates the total man-hours rendered by all staff and construction workers.

Ensures that timekeeping forms submitted are duly signed by authorized

signatories.

  1. Assist the HR Department for any HR-related activities

  2. Monitor contracts of worker

  3. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours and overtime

  4. Enroll and monitor biometric procedures

  5. Ensure compliance with company policies on breaks, shifts, and working hours.

  6. Perform regular site inspections to verify workforce presence and productivity.

  7. Ensure site safety protocols are followed and report any violations to the safety

officer.

  1. Act as a liaison of site workers to relay concerns or updates.

  2. Manage staff schedules and tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with

company standards and policies

  1. Perform other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate of any course
  • Preferably with working experience in construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and being highly motivated
  • Can work on a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Computer literate
  • Knows how to drive a motorcycle; with driver's license
