Hiring Now: On-Site Construction Supervisor (Filipino National)

Job Title: Site Construction Supervisor

Location: Cagayan (with possible assignments nationwide depending on project site)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day construction site operations
  • Oversee installation of:
  • Main power supply
  • Auxiliary power supply
  • Fire protection systems
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project scope, especially low-voltage systems installation
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with local teams
  • Adapt to local construction practices and maintain site discipline

Qualifications:

  • Filipino national
  • Good character — honest and professional (no underhanded tactics)
  • Knowledgeable in local construction practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₱35,000 / month
  • Working Hours: ~8 hours/day (overtime may be required during project rush periods)
  • Days Off: 1 day per week
  • Accommodation: Provided (food not included)
