  • Responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of the construction project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervises on-site activities, construction works, and ensure adherence to technical drawings, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinates with various technical and support departments, contractors and sub-contractors involved in the project
  • Prepares Project Site Reports, maintains project records, and documents any issued or deviations from the plan
  • Identifies and resolves technical issued, construction challenges and other problems that may arise during the project.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience as Site Engineer, Civil Engineer or an equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations
  • Ability to supervise and motivate construction team, manage resources effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office and AutoCad softwares
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify and implement solutions
