Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and hands-on oversight of all assigned projects under Limketkai Sons, Inc. — including construction, renovation, fit-out, and infrastructure works.
This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards for quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The Project Manager not only monitors progress but also assists in determining and securing project needs such as manpower, materials, logistics, and technical support.
The position reports directly to the President and works closely with the Engineering Operations Manager, department heads, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in coordination with management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure project readiness before mobilization.
2. Oversight and Resource Management
- Oversee all ongoing projects and assist in identifying operational needs such as manpower, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate manpower assignments in coordination with the Engineering Operations team and HR.
- Recommend resource allocation and adjustments to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower and equipment across projects.
3. Stakeholder and Executive Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, contractors, consultants, and relevant government agencies.
- Regularly update and report project progress, challenges, and recommendations to the President and management.
- Facilitate coordination meetings to align timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
4. Project Execution and Monitoring
- Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
5. Budget, Procurement, and Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial limits.
- Review quotations, bids, and proposals for materials and services.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for timely acquisition of materials and payments.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and local government regulations.
- Promote safety awareness and enforce safety protocols across all project sites.
7. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain organized documentation, including progress reports, schedules, permits, and contracts.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project updates and completion reports to the President and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or construction management, preferably in commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, manpower planning, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and project management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
