Overview of the Role:

The Project Coordinator will manage the implementation of plans, ensure that deadlines are met and roll outs are executed seamlessly. A person who can work well under pressure, can communicate effectively across the organization, keen on details, driven to achieve and passionate about work excellence is the ideal for this role.

If you are someone who has 3 - 5 years experience in the role or similar field, then you are the one we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • participate in planning and implementation of projects
  • ensure timely delivery & installation of hardware in client sites
  • maintain project documentation including project scope, schedules, budgets and progress reports
  • liaise with different departments, partners, suppliers and customers
  • ensure that project deadlines are met
  • monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • provide technical assistance to technicians and installers to ensure successful installations and project completion

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

  • High technical acumen

  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

  • Competent in Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge in Computer Networking and Troubleshooting

  • Basic knowledge in Netsuite or Hubspot a plus

  • Able to plan and organize resources

  • Strong initiative and proactive attitude

  • Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to details and can meet tight deadlines

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
