
Administrative Staff to the President

The Administrative Staff to the President provides high-level administrative support to the President of the company. This includes managing schedules, preparing reports, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between the President and internal/external stakeholders. The role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of the President.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the President and take detailed minutes.
- Coordinate with other departments for the implementation of the President's directives and company initiatives.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications addressed to the President.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, board meetings, and executive-level activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, and stakeholders as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an executive assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with C-level executives.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and executive-level protocols.
- Familiarity with project coordination or executive-level reporting.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (may require extended hours depending on business needs)
