We are looking for a General Affairs Staff to support our office operations and employee-related services. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, employee support, and company event coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Office & Facility Management: Handle office administration, order supplies, and oversee facility maintenance.
- Labor Management: Manage attendance records, employee benefits procedures, and coordinate health checkups.
- Regulation & Policy Management: Assist in creating and revising company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Contract & Document Handling: Manage contracts, internal documents, and company seals.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, entrance ceremonies, and employee training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Open to fresh graduates / no prior experience required.
- Must be honest, sincere, and dependable.
- With a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
