Job Description

  • Prepares CRM requirement for bread through e-gate pass
  • Helps in maintaining and keeping an organized CRM files and records. .
  • Assists promptly in answering phone calls and assists in providing information in response to telephone inquiries and request from customers and other clients.
  • Prepares purchase requisition including follow-throughs for CRM
  • Prepares and controls distribution of delivery receipt non-revenue.
  • Assists in monitoring of CRM-related expenses.
  • Conducts inventory of plant tour souvenir items and plant tour supplies.
  • Assists in beefing up handling of customer concerns and its documentation.
  • Performs any other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time provided the proper training.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course with background in administrative work
  • At least six months work experience
  • Preferably knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL
  • Knowledgeable in computer software such as MS Office applications and Google workspace
  • Willing to work full onsite in Binan, Laguna
